An unexpected bonus is an unfinished preliminary

pencil perspective sketch, presumably of Tiglio

Alto Church on the reverse. A smart buyer would

have it photographed and framed as a perfect and

complementary accessory to the watercolour

sketch. In an odd twist, a pencilled instruction

'Bottle green mount' has been ignored in favour

of a mid-brown mount by the framer. For
international shipment it is recommended that the
sketch be dismounted. $ AUD 550.
